বাঁকুড়া: বিয়ে বাড়ির মত আনন্দানুষ্ঠানও নিমেষের মধ্যে কিভাবে আতঙ্কগ্রস্ত হয়ে যায় তার এক ছোটো উদাহরণ দেখা গেলো এবার বাঁকুড়ায়। বিয়ে বাড়িতে নেমন্তন্ন খেতে গিয়ে বচসার জেরে খুন হতে হলো এক ব্যক্তিকে। ৩২ বছরেই পৃথিবী থেকে বিদায় নিতে হলো সেই যুবককে। মৃতের নাম সুপ্রিয় চট্টরাজ। মর্মান্তিক এই ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে বাঁকুড়া ২ নম্বর ব্লকের মৌলাডাঙ্গা গ্রামে। এই খবর পেয়ে ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছায় বাঁকুড়া সদর থানার পুলিশ। ওই ব্যক্তির মৃতদেহটিকে বাঁকুড়া সম্মিলনী মেডিক্যাল কলেজ হাসপাতালে ময়নাতদন্তের জন্য নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়েছে। ঘটনাস্থলে বিশ্বজিৎ নস্কর এর নেতৃত্বে পৌঁছায় এক বিশাল পুলিশবাহিনী ।
ঘটনার বিষয়ে জিজ্ঞাসা করলে, সুপ্রিয়র এক কাকা বলেন যে, বিয়ে বাড়িতে এসে দেবাংশু চট্টরাজ নামে এক যুবক তাঁর ভাইপোকে আচমকা ছুরি দিয়ে আঘাত করে। তিনি বলেন যে বিয়ে বাড়িতে উপস্থিত কেউই বুঝতে পারে নি যে সে এই ভাবে তার ওপর হামলা চালাবে । ভাইপোর এই আকস্মিক মৃত্যুতে শোকস্তব্ধ কাকা বলেন যে তিনি ঘাতক দেবাংশুর ফাঁসি চান । দেবাংশুর বিষয়ে সুপ্রিয়র কাকা বলেন যে, “ছেলেটির সব রকম বদ অভ্যাস আছে । সে মদ গাঁজা সব খায়।” অন্যদিকে যে ছেলেটি মারা গেল সেই সুপ্রিয়র কিন্তু এলাকাতে বেশ সুনামই ছিল । সে সকলের কাজে লাগত ।
অন্যদিকে মৃত ব্যক্তির ভাই শুভঙ্কর বলেন যে হত্যাকারী তাঁদের জ্যাঠার ছেলে । সে হঠাতে এসে হামলা চালায় যার ফলে কেউ কিছূ বুঝে ওঠার আগেই হত্যাকাণ্ডটি ঘটে যায় । তিনিও বলেন যে তিনি ঘাতক দেবাংশুর শাস্তি চান ।
অপর দিকে সুপ্রিয় চট্টরাজের আর এক কাকা স্বরূপ চট্টরাজ জানান যে দেবাংশু ও সুপ্রিয়র মধ্যে হাতাহাতি হচ্ছিল । হঠাৎ সুপ্রিয় একটি লাঠি তুলে দেবাংশুকে মারতে গেলে আশেপাশের মহিলারা তাকে আটকান । তখন কোনো রকমে দেবাংশুর মায়ের শরীরে আঘাত লাগলে দেবাংশু রেগে গিয়ে সুপ্রিয়কে ধারালো অস্ত্র দিয়ে কুপিয়ে খুন করে । ঘটনার পর উত্তেজিত জনতা দেবাংশুর মোটর সাইকেলে ব্যাপক ভাঙচুর চালায় ।
এই বিষয়ে যখন আমাদের প্রতিনিধি দেবাংশুর মায়ের সাথে কথা বলেন তিনিজানান যে তাঁর ছেলের কাছে কোনো ভোজালি ছিল না । তাঁর ছেলে যে মদ গাঁজা খেয়ে গুণ্ডামি করত সেই অভিযোগও তিনি খারিজ করে দেন । তিনি বলেন যে দেবাংশু ও সুপ্রিয়র মধ্যে বচসার জেরে সুপ্রিয় একটি লাঠি তুলে দেবাংশুকে মারতে গেলে তিনি মাঝখানে এসে যাওয়াতে দেবাংশু রাগের বশে এই কাণ্ড করে থাকতে পারে ।
এই বিষয়ে বাঁকুড়া জেলা পুলিশের ডি এস পি ডি এন টি বিশ্বজিত নস্কর বলেন যে আত্মীয়দের মধ্যে বচসার জেরে এই খুন হয়েছে । তিনি বলেন যে অভিযুক্তকে গ্রেফতার করা হয়েছে ও সে নিজের দোষ স্বীকার করে নিয়েছে । হত্যাতে ব্যবহৃত অস্ত্র উদ্ধার করা যায় নি এখনও।

Regarding Debangshu, Supriya’s uncle said, “The boy has all kinds of bad habits. He eats all the cannabis.” On the other hand, the boy who died was superior but had a good reputation in the area. He was useful to everyone.
On the other hand, the deceased’s brother Shubhankar said that the killer was their cousin. He suddenly came and carried out the attack which resulted in the murder taking place before anyone understood anything. He also said that he wanted the punishment of the murderer Debangshu.
On the other hand, another uncle of Supriya Chattaraj, Swarup Chattaraj informed that there was a fight between Debangshu and Supriya. Suddenly, Supriya picked up a stick and went to kill Debangshu, but the women nearby stopped him. When Debangshu’s mother was injured in any way, Debangshu got angry and hacked Supriya to death with a sharp weapon. After the incident, the agitated crowd vandalized Debangshu’s motorcycle.
When our correspondent spoke to Debangshu’s mother about this, she said that her son did not have any food. He also denied allegations that his son was involved in hooliganism. He said that due to a quarrel between Debangshu and Supriya, Supriya picked up a stick and went to kill Debangshu.
Bankura District Police DSP DNT Biswajit Naskar said that the murder was due to a quarrel between the relatives. He said the accused had been arrested and he had pleaded guilty. The weapon used in the killing has not yet been recovered.
